What is the media ministry’s policy regarding pricing?

Anything we offer for download is free. For media on disc (CD or DVD) we state a suggested contribution to cover our production and materials cost. Please note that none of our resources are marked up for profit. (We do ask that you consider reimbursing us for any postage expenses we incur.)

This said, we do not ever want the cost to keep someone from receiving a message from one of our services. If covering our costs is simply not an option for you, we will be more than happy to provide the resources you need free of charge.

We truly do appreciate those who are faithful to support this ministry with their prayers and also those who make donations beyond the cost of the media. Please note that any amount received beyond the cost of the materials cannot be considered tax-deductible. If you desire to make tax-deductible contributions to further this ministry, the best way to do so is by contributing to our General Fund which supports it. Please contact Jeffrey Liggitt if you have additional questions related to the tax effect of your contributions to the media ministry

Where can I find the worship music from each service?

If you'll open the message notes, which are usually available within 48 hours after the service, you'll find a list on page 1 under "Worship Set". Each song title is a hyperlink to iTunes, where you can listen to a 30-second sample of the song, or purchase it if you wish.

I'm having problems finding the message I need.

This new site is still undergoing some fine-tuning. Our plan is to offer more search functions in the near future but in the meantime we are available to help you in any way we can. Please email us and let us know what you're looking for. Include as much information as possible (e.g. speaker's name, approximate date, topic of the message, etc.). We will do our best to locate it for you.

 
If you are looking for a message on a particular topic or subject and have not been able to find it using the "Search" feature in the top right corner of each screen, let us know what you are looking for and we will respond as quickly as possible with some suggestions.

I've gathered up a pile of CDs over the years. Could I return them to you so that you can redistribute them?

Our goal is to spread the Word to as many people as possible. So we encourage you to bless others with the CDs you have already listened to, and let them know about the range of resources we offer. We would prefer, though, not to receive them back.
